Got this cheap because of a bad paint job. It will go to Marinoni for a repaint and rechroming the head lugs. Full Gilco profiled tubing, Presta fork, internal rear cable. So what Master is it?: olympic, Piu...?

Has it been sprayed with a rattle-can? Those lugs on the head tube may be chromed beneath?
Is there a serial number on the rear derailleur-side dropout?
[edit: sorry, just re-read the text in your post, was too busy looking at the photos!]

But it's got chrome seat and chain stays? My 1997 Competition only has a chromed drive-side chain stay, and it's got chromed head tube lugs, and it was bottom of the pile. It also has a number hanger (but external cable routing on the top tube).
