17 miles before the rains started. Actually started off nice and sunny but it didn't take long before the rain clouds darkened everything up.

Another 22 miles riding to and from work. A cool - low 40's - start to a warm-in-the-afternoon day.
A woman I work with drove in on the same route behind me and said from a distance I looked like an accident with emergency vehicles on the scene - she meant that my pretty basic Cateye tail lights were working as intended.

35 miles in nice cool temps with an overcast sky. A little humid but the 70 degree temps made up for it.

10 miles today, great weather. Also started painting the Voyageur. Good weather for that, too.

Did 70 miles in the mts yesterday. Lots of wildlife out including snakes crossing the road. Today, I rode around town, about 25 miles. Cool both days and I'm starting to look into ear covering, full fingered gloves, and chest protection.

Just my normal 9 mile morning commute; I'll probably go 11 on the way home. I only turned 50 a week ago. No biggie so far.

Had it not been for the constant wind blowing all morning, it would have been a perfect day for a bike ride here in the Sunshine State. 44 miles this morning in what felt like riding inside a wind tunnel. Even the young speedsters were having problems today. Yep! It wore me out.

33 miles this afternoon. I think it topped out in the low 80's. Due to some little issue with the government and the park roads being closed, I took a slightly different route around the lake. At least until I ran out of road.

25 beautiful early fall miles. Weather has been great in central Ohio. Being certain to not road ride into the setting sun.

A real shock for us Central Floridians this morning. Started my 35 mile ride at 8:00 AM and it was still in the mid 60's. I warmed up pretty fast, after the sun came up, but I had to use my arm warmers for the first 10 miles. You northerners keep this chilly stuff up there where it belongs. This isn't January!

Rode 45 miles today@15.2 with very strong wind John_V experienced. Have been doing 50 or more for past few weeks, so disappointed but pleased as 68 and dropping weight this year--15 pounds and 50 since moving to Miami area five years ago.

Did a 12 mile, slow ride with my Saturday bike club and stopped to watch the Tampa Cyclocross Races that were being held at a park along our route. Nice racing from the non-professionals that we saw. The Masters were next and then the Pro racers were last. They were going to race late in the afternoon and none of us could stay and wait that long. That would have been a great race to see.

Rain, rain, and more rain in my area. Did 24 minutes on the trainer Thursday and 45 minutes today. I'll likely need to use the trainer for the next 2 days. Enough rain already.

Rain, off and on, so I rode 6 miles on the indoor cycle while getting some Craigslist business done. I am now the proud owner of a 1992 Trek 720.
