1984 Nishiki Cresta touring bike, 15 speed, 54 cm, made in Japan

Frame handcrafted by Kawamura, Japan.
New tires.
Tange double butted Cr-Mo tubing and cromoly fork.
54 cm from center of crank to top of seat tube.
52 cm seat tube C-C.
55 cm top tube C-C.
15 speed Suntour Mountech derailleurs with downtube shifters.
Sugino RT triple crank set 52/40/28 teeth.
Dia-compe 981 cantilever brakes.
Araya alloy 27" front wheel with Sansin hub, the rear wheel is a replacement with Shimano hub.
Avocet Touring seat.
The bike is clean, no rust. The paint is good, there are a few scratches. The sticker on the seat tube is worn, probably from a pump clamp.
Rear carrier and two bottle cages. Place for the 3rd bottle cage.

Interesting that the top tube is 3cm longer than the seat tube. Last time I check Greg Lemond wasn't designing 80's Nishiki's

Kawamura stuff seems to be so consistent in their build qualities in the 80s
