The SKS Bluemels are scheduled to arrive on Wednesday. I'll take pics when I install them.

The kit came with the quick release tabs for the front. I'm considering picking up a set for the rears but it's not critical. I think the front placement makes more sense. Now to get a break in the weather here in Iowa to allow for riding time. I'm so over the wind and cold of this spring...

Planet bike fenders. Good coverage, and they come with mudflaps. Almost indestructible.

I put fenders on my Roll Elite. I can’t recall the brand, but they look good and I like them. You won’t regret getting fenders for a hybrid. They may create a challenge for your car bike rack depending on the brand and style.

Well since this has been revived..... I put fenders on 2 hybrids and was very pleased both times. I sold both bikes to build something else then sold the something else. I'm currently building another "hybrid" with fenders but it will get a post of it's own when finished.
My K2 with Planet Bike fenders, please excuse the drab background.
My Schwinn Searcher Sport with SKS fenders, it was the replacement for the K2.

Mmmm, fenders
2019 Verve 2. Bought April 2019. Currently a little over 17,000 kms. Changed the seat and handlebars right away. Do like Trekking bars. Had to replace the rims after two failures under warranty. Went from the H5's to Contact Speed 42's. Just replaced the rear with a Contract Travel 50. Thought I might have to take the rear fender off but it fit great.

Ooh -- tell me about that Peugeot! Blue bikes are my favorite -- and blue Peugeots are the cats meow! Is that a steel-framed Peugeot hybrid?

might be hard to see, but it was interesting to see that the front fender on the rental bike (electric) I rented was a 2-part unit, w/ each part mounted separately
the back fender, was a whole single unit

someday I'll treat myself to something pretty like a few people have posted here. In the meantime, my three fendered bikes have Planet Bike on them, and they work well.
