Entry level, early 1970s bicycle, probably from department, hardware or similar chain store.

And since it's in the what's it worth section,

Worth not very much. I honestly wouldn't buy it. But if someone needed the transport they might pay 50-75 dollars for it in current state, assuming it shifts, stops and tires hold air. maybe more, but they would be better off buying something nicer for not much more money.
