The Mariners blue-green and white pants. I think they should have worn the dark blue shirts.
They're on a six game losing streak which is the longest of the season. I think they should see how badly they can stink the place out so we can look back and laugh about it. Like when the Tigers lost 116. Except we won't reach those heights.

....Law of Salvage
1. That it concerns a recognized subject of salvage;
2. That the property was in danger;
3. That the services were voluntary;
4. That the services were successful."
So next time that Pcad fellow comes in here I can say to him, "Look at me. I'm the captain now."

"Accordingly the essential elements which must exist before a claim in salvage can succeed are:
1. That it concerns a recognized subject of salvage;
2. That the property was in danger;
3. That the services were voluntary;
4. That the services were successful."

So I thought we'd make it up to Big Bear with plenty of time for a ride. But... got a late start and hit a bunch of traffic, so we didn't arrive until 4:30pm. It's cold up here, temps in the low 40s and forecast to drop into the 20s tonight. Sunset was 6:43pm.
I decided starting a 2hr ride at 4:30pm, given those circumstances, was unwise. So Mr H gave me a lift to the top of the mountain and I rode the ridge trail and descended back into town. A nice hour on the mtb, very little walking this time, just a couple of tricky bits that I wouldn't have minded trying but figured remaining intact might be smarter.
Ten miles I think, a beautiful day. Didn't really have time to stop & take pics. We'll just one...

It was cold and foggy at the Mt Wilson summit midday, and it looked like it was headed east toward you guys.
