FYI, two companies that ship from the US (eunoeau has a facility in NV) with seemingly good prices for kits. Yose has 500w rear hub kits, including battery and charger for $459 (plus tax, free shipping) and eunorau has Bafang and their own motor kits. Disclaimer: I haven't used either source.
