Mapping app

I am working on a long-distance bike touring route through central Mexico (we don't have one yet!), and I want to create a map or series of maps that I can share on-line. What mapping app would you recommend? I just signed up for a basic Strava account but am not sure if it has everything I'll need. Besides the basics of tracing the route, distances, elevation, etc., I'll need to be able to combine different routes on a single map, cut and paste segments of routes, and mark points of interest. And probably some other stuff that I'm not thinking of yet. Ideally it would be somewhat interactive, with users able to zoom in and out, open links, etc. Thanks in advance for your recommendations.

Ride with GPS - And for goodness sake pay the tiny amount for the added feature of turn-by-turn navigation. So much safer to hear the nav then trying to follow it on your phone or Garmin.

I'm a fan of Komoot, which is internatonal and should be able to cover Mexico. Great Android app and online program.

MwGPS vote as well. I pair with Wahoo Roam. That way if there isn't a signal or the phone battery dies, Roam records it and automatically updates with the phone app.
