I need help to identify a vintage handlebar (bullmoose)

i bought a new handlebar , i noticed that there is this little symbol near the text "minimum insert".
do you guys know what brand it is?

It appears to be the logo for K.Y. Star Enterprise, a Taiwanese handlebar and stem manufacturer.

I know very little about the brand. Based on what I've seen, they were around in at least the late 1980s and early 1990s. Their bars and stems are generally found on on smaller, marketing brand bicycles. A lot of Taiwanese companies seemed to surface around the time that ATBs became popular and this appears to be one of them.

Lubricants are the best for installing grips on bars imo.

Well , at least seems to be year-coherent for the bike i purcased it (rockhopper 1990).
