Your Louisson Bobet has a lot of character. I found a similar 650A mixte for my daughter. Are there brand markings on the crankset and rims?

headlugs are BOCAMA pattern series /I (anterior view would be needed to narrow it further)

seat lug is BOCAMA pattern nr. T

laterals bridge is BOCAMA pattern "plain"

bottom bracket shell appears Gargatte

dropouts are Juy/Simplex nr. 881 & 881 B

dynamo mount is NERVEX item nr. 898 AR

pump pegs are NERVEX item nr. 848

seat stay rack mounts appear to be NERVEX item nr. 857

fork blade rack mounts appear to be NERVEX item nr. 857

Nice find! The tripe chain set is a nice touch. As are the CLB catilever brakes.

for part of his career Bobet was sponsored by Stella

these Mercier built Bobet examples seem to far outnumber the Stella produced ones

here he is riding for Stella in the TdF of 1953 -
