Just had some Mexican black bean coffee out of a French press. It was awesome. Very flavorful one of the best coffees I've ever had.

Iced quad espresso. Love.

Perfect after 2x20 in the boiling heat.

1/2 Kenyan AA and 1/2 Columbian Decaf plus half and half makes a delicious 1/16. I've had 3 so thats about 81% blood in my caffeine stream.

Gave up caffeine. I have 1 coffee at most when absolutely "needed". Today I had one.

I was getting really bad. 10-15 diet soda a day +3-4 cups of coffee. I had headaches for a week when i went back to water. Feel much better and am riding much better as well.

Oh and Kona out of my Keurig this morning.

About to make a cup with my work setup: Hario hand-cranked grinder, bonmac ceramic drip pot, and this week's coffee is a Guatemalan from ritual roasters.

I've been particularly fascinated by Philz Coffee as of late. Get this order if you're nearby and haven't been - "Turkish coffee, cream and sugar. Pretty sweet."

Dude, that's a stupid high amount. It won't do jack for you when you actually need it. Lay off for a while...

After being shamed in here, I did as well. Well, I still have about 1 cup each morning, but I don't get headaches if I skip. No more crazy caffeinated diet pills either. And a max of 1 diet soda/day, but I don't count that, given the amount of caffeine I was on before.

That's your own damn fault for not sleeping.

PS: No one expects you to read everything in college. Just skim and read the important stuff carefully so you can write/talk about the book intelligently.

About 5-6oz for me. I'm a total coffee dork, but can only handle so much caffeine. Two of these a day is the limit.

Fair point but i am taking that into account. My machine does a small "cup" which I would guess is 8oz. It is about 1/2 of a travel mug

Same here. I save the caffeine for special occasions, like attacking on Mt. Evans. More bang for my buck!

running on about 8000mg right now. caffeine helps depression - or at least that's what I keep telling myself.
