You can try to create an album on your profile and put pics in there for a forum member to fish out and post.
Or you can post the photos to an image hosting site and then break the URL on purpose so the anti-spam features don't recognize it as a link. (example: hxxp instead of http)
Even without seeing it, you're going to get more money by parting it out rather than selling it whole.

Are you sure on the dating the parts would seem to date at 1995 or newer unless it has been upgraded changed?

I purchased it complete in the early 90's from Performance bike shop in Redwood City Ca.(can't find the receipt) Brent Steelman would know best when he built the frame.
nothing has been changed on the bike.

Good looking bike. I'd agree around 94-95, the components also reflect that.

I am not into collecting or even riding mtn bikes but that is a bike I'd be happy to add to my collection. Great looking bike.
Usually I am of the opinion that parting out would bring you more money when it comes to selling. However, in this case I think you realize more money by selling the complete bike. My thinking is that someone would pay more money to get the bike as it was intended to be used originally and with period correct parts versus someone that wants to retro-mod it or someone that wants a frame and has the period correct parts waiting for it. The parts don't look to be the top-of-the-line XTR and so would probably not bring a lot selling off piecemeal. I had a Specialized Stumpjumper Team hardtail back in the mid-90s with full XTR. I don't know much about Steelman but it seems to be worthy of an XTR group from that period if one were to want an upgrade.

A few more pics. One of the reasons I originally bought the bike is because of the frame design, the top tube and down tube taper into the headset tube, both tubes are round for 2/3rds their length and continue to elongate into the headset tube.

With nicer examples of Yeti's and Kleins from that era selling for $1500 - $2500 ish , and Fat City being not that far behind , i would guesstimate this to be a $1000-$1200 machine pretty easilly --- but you have to have a buyer who respects the pedigree and workmanship because Steelman sadly does not have the name recognition of Yeti and Klein
There are guys on here that may be clutching their pearls at the thought of 90's era mountain bikes going for large coin finally, but its starting to happen with better examples from the boutique brands

I'm not the best with boutique brands, but I'd also guess over $1k value. The blue touches on the derailleur look nice. Unique components like the skewers and curve brakes may have more value that you expect. You don't show the brake levers, but the twist grips are not as valuable as if it had trigger shifters.
I'd try selling on eBay or through one of the vintage mountain bike facebook groups. Finding a local buyer / collector may be difficult. A buyer may only want the frame, but I'd try to sell it as complete.

I'm not a big fan of the 8speed grip shifts either, but they are vintage correct for this bike. Around the time this bike was built it seems nearly every nicer MTB had them being the hot new thing circa 1995. The combination of the grip shifts and canti brakes really do date this bike to a couple specific mid 90's years. So while not my favorite setup I would be inclined to leave it setup as is keeping the bike mostly original.

Thank you all for the great input, I originally purchased the bike because of Brent Steelman the frame builder, Excell tubing, design and the beautiful paint scheme. I knew nothing of the history behind the racing team and it's champion rider.
I'm only selling because I'm restoring a original family owned 1971 Alfa Romeo GTV and the wife is on my butt about spending too much Lol.
I don't know enough about vintage parts to know if I can get more from a tear down, I do think the frame is very rare and would rather sell as a whole to someone who would appreciate it's rarity.
