I haven't made my goal yet this year. I rode just over 600 miles last March. I'm going to try for 700 this month. Everything points to coming up short again this month.

I haven't met my goal since December. January was a tough weather month, but I still managed 113 miles. February was a disaster, only rode 64 miles. Hoping March will be better, although it will be a slow start while I wait for the snow to melt a bit.

I'll try for 150 miles.

Goal is 350 Miles, weather looking good - Daylight Savings time will give an extra hour in the evenings starting mid month and I need to get it going and Spring break in Texas around the Trinity Trails in Fort Worth and then San Antonio should help as well.

Jan and Feb combined was 230 Miles, more than last year - but a bit below my goal. weather last week wasn't good

Under 250 lbs. for the first time in many years. 350 miles in March will help get to 240 ASAP.

I'm back. I didn't make my goal for January and I didn't even participate in the February thread because I was pretty sure I wouldn't get 100 miles for the month - and I was right.

Just for the record, here's my Jan/Feb/YTD:
January - 37.0 miles
February - 51.1 miles
YTD through 2/28/2022: 88.1 miles

March Goal: 240 miles

March 1 - 20.3 miles - my longest ride yet for 2022

2022 total to date: 108.4 miles
2022 Goal: 2,200 miles

All my miles are outdoor miles on a 2011 Fuji Absolute 3 (unless otherwise noted) - my backup bike is a 1997 Trek 830.

Off to a decent start. Other goals this month: drop 3 pounds, get my Strave fitness score up to 60 or better (I saw it get over 100 last summer, but it’s been around 50 so far this year).

3/2: 15.6

YTD: 193.1

You may remember a month or two ago I realized that my town was the only one that the MUP passes through that didn't plow the snow. I was going to talk to the chairman of the Board of Selectmen about that. I caught up to him at a high school hockey game a couple of weeks ago, and I asked him who I should talk to about it. He said he'd take care of it. He did! The 10 inches of snow we got last Friday has been cleared, and I was able to ride my usual route. Slightly shorter because I didn't realize it was plowed until I was on my way back.

3/10 - 31.0

MTD: 31.0
Goal: 200

Took 10 days to get on the boards today, and this month is going to be busy for all kinds of things that don't include a bicycle, so 200 might be optimistic. But I did some today.

Not off to a great start this month. I did see this cool public maintenance stand on the MUP tonight, complete with air pump and tools.
