Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Loosen up a little. Didn't you ever have fun in the dirt as a kid? I always liked being out there and had years of fun on dirt bikes. Here is a (reversed) pic from about 1982 or so.

Yeah, claws are claws. Chill or not. I love cats but that ones big enough to feed a family of four.

one of my favorites, especially the 3 brick packages. I loved to crush them. So awesome. Little cinnamon and sugar. Delicious!
Now they make it ready to eat like that, but crushing the little squares is just not the same.

I’ve done Movember for many years just because I felt I should but I decided not to this year because after 2 years of Eligard injections, I can barely grow anything and I couldn’t grow much before, anyway. A couple friends of mine are cultivating facial hair on my behalf. 👍

I have to do some observation flights for training. Wed it looks like going to Austin and back. Should be back in my hotel by lunch.

side note bike didn’t make the noise today. . Weather was perfect in Dallas, 75 light wind. But my knee didn’t enjoy it.

It's not my Strava post but I have done that climb several times. Earlier this year I went up there but drove part way. I'm the fat one in this old pic.
