New to the forum, and am wondering how much latency is allocated after having 11-posts made and no image upload allowed?
Perhaps a Moderator could private message me and clear my confusion.

Posts in Foo don’t count towards your Cycling post totals. You’re at 8.

So here is another post to get me to the official number of 10,. Some I was going to my Account and selecting "Posts" and counted 10, then 11. This thread shows that I have only 9.
The count is 10 now.

Long standing members are (rightfully so) expecting engagement with forum members with some empathy and advocacy that add to the merits of this forum. cb400bill's comment of "Don't do this." is shaped by his/her near 20,000 posts.
For my various forum visits, I had never encountered a minimum post limit to fully engage with the members of said forum with a 50-post minimum to engage with the Coronavirus group. My preference is to have an entry point that Supporting Member fees to allow access to the more "nuanced" groups.
Also, I have found that some threads do not count, as I engaged in frivolous posts, and for that my apologies are offered to the memberships. It is all an effort to improve the quality of Bike Forums as a whole.
My desire to post an image was to answer a question about chain stay angles for the correct variant of a Shimano Front Derailleur (apologies to Sheldon).
Now, this message is more detailed, nuanced, formative, and engaging than a simple "Here is one for me", and I think that my first post was a near carbon copy of your, no disrespect meant.

We don't require upgraded membership for anything other than selling on the forum. The 50 post minimum for posting in Politics & Religion and previously, the Covid forum are to ascertain if a new member has the temperament required to keep us from having to expend too much moderation energy on making them behave. We're just volunteers, and if too much is expected of moderators they will just quit. It really does get tiresome sometimes, especially when people complain about the rules we enforce to keep this forum from devolving into a spamfest. Something to keep in mind.
