Decrease the tension on your pedals so that you can clip out quicker. Unless you are doing sprints, you don’t need the tension to be high

The difference is huge! Dual sided, no fuss trying to get the right side up, easy to decouple, just awesome! I will give away my SPD SL pedals to somebody this Christmas.
