Looks straight and everything, BUT this is advertised as a Trek 470 ... If it was a simple hex to decimal problem it would be a 528 ... Also, note the STI. edit: Possibly just a mistake on their part as they also advertise a 330 ...

Price is also off from header to ad body text. They probably gave the info for several ads to a junior associate to post and that person screwed things up.

A lot going on there.

But if you're going to take a build that far in that direction, why not clip off the rear triangle of the black frame so you have room to build the deck up for hauling a keg? I mean, go with it, man!

^ Alas, smellevision really never took off. You'll just have to take the seller's word for it, I guess.

Rockhopper and other bikes $5

I saw this and clicked on it. No photos, and I don't want the guy to get my cell number. I also doubt that $5 is the real price.

Puched Up

Puch road bike frame. - $40 (Downtown)

"56cm frame. Selling just the frame. Will come with everything pictured. Needs tires. Not ridable as is."

https://richmond.craigslist.org/bik/...541801233.html

(Usually sellers wait a sentence or two before contradiction? Is it "just the frame" or "everything pictured"? I am so puching confused.)

you just aren't thinking meth head: Its only the frame that he is selling, the rest he is not selling, you just get that for free if you buy the frame. it would sort of make sense if it was not all attached...

I seriously hope this was a joke ad. "Fully restored". Check out the "bar tape".

https://tampa.craigslist.org/psc/bik...544949406.html

Schwinn racer - $200 (New Port Richey)

This is a special edition racer fully restored

LOL. 😁 I'd love one of those shifters though. My neighbor had one, on his purple Stingray, and I was so jealous.

Just $225 and it could be yours. The seller admits that it may need new tires.

Hmmm... I was thinking that was one of the "Krate" bikes, but I see it has a different front-end.

Yeah, weird, but I don't think he skated up there at all. No hard surfaces nearby to get mo and do a hop that high, no nearby rail going down to it. My guess is he just climbed up there to practice balancing. Or for the sake of the photographer?

It could be a photo-op. But, there is what looks like a milk crate (probably protecting something) behind the skater that he could have pushed off of??? And, some kind of a railing and concrete behind him. But, you're probably right, he probably climbed up there. No helmets?
