But since you did not start in 99 you are not a 99er. Come to think of it you freely admitted both that you have a fairly recent start to your interest and that you are not an expert. You fail to be a 99er on at least 3 counts.

99er

A person who lives or was born in the areas surrounding route 99 in California. Where towns are mostly rural and surrounded by farms. Known to be extremely boring and slow areas.
