Would you even trust a vaccine right away? I'm no anti-vaxxer but I still have my reservations.

No, it is not political. My son is a senior researcher at a major pharmaceutical and his job is to seek information on why some drugs are beneficial to most people but toxic to some.

A good friend of mine has been part of the Covid vac clinical trials. She received the actual vaccine, and not the blank, as evidenced by her positive anti-body test. She had no problems from it.

If the vaccine was recommended by medical professionals and backed by proper testing, then I would be in line as fast as I can be.

I would not get the vaccine that is not endorsed by the medical profession and backed by full testing based on the word of a virulent (or any other) politician.

Why not, two or three promising ones have already been tried on THOUSANDS. Do you really think that the Gov would risk killing of millions?

YES....

Over 230,000 DEAD, if the "government" was more proactive there would of been a lot less.

And then knew in the mid 60's that Vietnam was a war they could not win.

To the front of the line you go! Make sure you donate your “long pants” to a worthy cause.

Yeah ... remember back in the day when person could work all his or her life for one company, and not get- "down-sized or "right-sized" or whatever once they hit 50? Remember back in almost mythical times when employers not only paid a living wage but offered better deals on health care .... and the insurance actually paid for health care? Seems like fantasy now .....

Then why are you coming here complaining at all? Just shouting at clouds?

You Choose not to go to the gym ... so instead, Choose to throw your trike on some rollers and exercise in your high-tech recliner. You not only won't have to wear long pants, you won't have to wear pants at all .... unless Depends are a part of your life now.

Unless you're a front-line health care worker, first responder, etc., you're not likely to be able to get vaccinated until at least several months after a vaccine is eventually approved, anyway.

My Rydabent---I jest but with some affection ... anyone who has not only lived so long, but lived so long while riding an almost bicycle, and has, most impressively, managed to endure at BF for so long, deserves respect despite having a 92-year-old brain in an 82-year-old body.

I know I won't be missed when I make my last post here .... but unless I leave first, you will.

In the first 35 years with the Co, any kind of a medical bill my wife and I got was dropped on the Co secretaries desk and never seen or heard from again. All 3 of my sons were totally free for instance.
