T47 86 bottom bracket and Ultra Torque crankset

Does anyone have experience with this setup?

I am eyeing up a build with the new Look 765 Optimum and want to go Campy mechanical.

Looks like you buy aftermarket T47 cups that receive the UT bearings. There shouldn't be a problem. T47 is a reasonable system in general.

I might have installed this combination - I just can't remember. Lots of Campy builds with anything but English BB shells.

So long as you get the correct spindle interface on the BB you should be fine. Campagnolo makes one but I think Enduro and CeramicSpeed amongst others make them. I know I saw some from some custom frame builders so it is fairly easy to find and probably will get better as more and more adopt T47.

Like Kontact said you should be fine. I cannot foresee any issues unless you install a bad BB or install things incorrectly or something.

This one has English Campy ultra torque cups.
