2020 New old stock. 52/36 - 11/29t Campagnolo Centaur, will replace stock wheels and tires, but they work fine now. At dealer cost hard to say no. This is way better than my Tarmac SL4, Cervelo S1, Supersix Evo, TCR that I have owned the past. I can't believe how well it handles and it is easily an all rounder that is their tier 2 aero bike. Will be moving some Hyper X 50mm wheels that will eventually be converted to tubeless (just waiting the Campy lock ring remover).

I'm new to this forum, and wanted to say to everyone - it's really interesting looking at all of your different road bikes. All of the different brands, styles of frames, and variety of components. Caliwild Very nice bike. I have the same groupset on my new road bike. Did you assign any special functions to your hidden hood buttons? I have my right hood button stop/start the timer on my Garmin Edge, and the left hood button scroll through the screens of the Garmin, as well taking screen shots.

Thanks! I have the left button set to scroll though the screens and the right one to turn on/off my Garmin light. It's an awesome feature... And how amazing is the shifting? Best shifting I've ever experience in my 30 years of cycling (and I've had prior iterations of Dura Ace, Campy Record, and last gen Ultegra di2)....

Yes, excellent shifting. I had 2x10 SLX Shadow (with a clutch), and it was very nice... but Ultegra Di2 is better! I also had Ultegra mechanical for about 2 weeks, on a Canyon Roadlite 7 I bought and subsequently returned. I was not happy with that shifting, even after 2 adjustments at the bike shop. The Di2 is much better.

I also see on your BMC, that you have the seat scooched forward a bit. I need to move up a little closer as well. I ordered a Specialized carbon seatpost that has zero setback. It seems like a trend for bike companies to sell bikes with automatic setback on the saddles. That might work for some riders, but not for me.

The Belcarra did come with my Scott Foil RC, but I found it to be really uncomfortable and also pretty heavy. I switched to Prime Primavera Carbon Saddles on both my road bikes

I really like the Belcarra saddle. I was looking for something lighter. The Primevera shorty looks nice, but I was looking at this Selle San Marco saddle... just over 140g.

Saddles are very subjective, just for me I prefer narrow saddles. I never had luck with any Syncros saddles either on my Addict or Foil. Syncros saddles are nice quality and they tend to match the bike. If you like a wider saddle like the Belcarra I would go Prime Shorty since at $120 USD shipped and 170g, it might be the lightest and cheapest carbon saddle you will find while being pretty comfortable. The Prime Primavera Wide Saddle is $99 before shipping. Again I run the narrow 128mm and love it.

Either way if you are trying to weight weenie on a budget going to a carbon saddle IMO makes sense. The Belcarra 2.0 is 230g and a Prime Primavera runs around 130g, thus 100g saved for $100-$120 is pretty insane. Even if you went with the Prime Shorty saving 60g+ depending on your current saddle is pretty great

I've got an old 7-speed Trek 2100 that belongs more in the early brifters category, but I love it and I got it on the cheap.

Long time lurker, haven't had a bike in years, but now that I've moved from the US to Italy I got the itch again. This is my first carbon bike, a Dedacciai DC-61 frameset with Novatech 50mm carbon wheels and 10 speed Shimano 105 throughout (although I've replaced the original 10-28 cassette for a friendlier Ultegra 11-30). Haven't gone on any long rides yet but I've been using it as a commuter and loving it so far.

Beautiful bike! What width tires are they? 28? 30? 32? You enjoy the saddle with the nose up that high? I find that aggravating (comfort-wise of course).

Thanks! Tyres are 25s. This is an old Specialized saddle that came with the bike originally, I'm replacing it soon and still fiddling with adjustment.

I just went total weight-weenie, and ordered a Fizik Argo Vento 00, 140mm... got a great deal on it. I measured my sit bones at home and was only 3mm off the measurement at the Specialized dealer... I still think I'm right LOL.

2022 seemed to be the year of greys for Canyon. I see that is not going to be the case for 2023!
