I do. I don't even carry a spare. Although it'd probably be a good idea to keep a spare in your seat bag.
Though I'm not using the 12 speed quick-link. I think mine are the sm-cn-900 11 speed quick-link.

I use them until they no longer 'click' together. And a spare is in each of my wedge bags because they take up no room.

If you mean re-use when you take the chain off to clean it, then people do this all the time. If you mean re-use when the chain is worn out and you install a new chain, then it's not a good idea. No reason why the link wouldn't be just as worn out as the chain.

^^^ exactly - "reuse" refers to moving it to a new chain.

Interesting. Are you saying that the manufacturer means this when they say to not reuse the link? FWIW, I've always just reused them until the original chain is done - taling about 9 and 10 speed chains. But I have only recently gotten a 12 speed chain and haven't "reused' the link at all yet.
