Everyone posting photos of road shoes with shoelaces, while my biggest grip with most flat bottom mnt/gravel bikes shoes is I can't get them without laces.
Do the laces feel better on your feet or they more comfortably on the top or something? I just hate how the long laces eventually come undone and sometimes wrap around the pedal :/

My shoes have an strap (top is leather, sides are elastic) on the tongue to tuck the tied loops into. Never had a problem with them coming out and getting caught anywhere. The only downside (if you can call it that), is that they're not as fast to get on/off as other cycling shoes.

76.66 / 2 = 38.33
I always see the small sizes on sale.

I've seen 2x pics on other items as well, then buried in the text is indication that the item was 1x - nothing clarifying in this listing.
Will post when I hear back.
Thx

Sort of general re: Vendor but I'm wary....
I'm seeing some amazing prices out of Signapore. Nerocycle.com
Does anyone have experience with them? I'm seeing Mavic R-SYS SLR 25's for $593
2020 Mavic R-SYS SLR 25 Clincher Wheelset (nerocycles.com)
That's pretty darn good, and Super Record 12 for under $977?
Campagnolo Super Record Groupset 12-Speed (nerocycles.com)

There actually is an "is this vendor legit" or something like that thread. At least there used to be.

Tacx Flux S on sale at Planet Cyclery for $499, normally $749. It's still an investment but honestly of the best with a structured training plan e.g. TrainerRoad, FasCat, Wahoo SYSTM.
I bought this over a year ago at full retail and still think it was a good buy. Having a decent direct drive trainer with structured training helps to build and keep fitness while still being a dad

Regarding nerocycles.com...
This site gives them about a "62% legit" rating:
Link to Scamdetector review of nerocycles.com
What's a bit odd, is the anti-scam site doesn't post any actual customer comments...and then take up actual customers' complaints or observations to investigate further. They seemed to have built their review on web-stats and data.
My wife is in SG, so I asked if she could find out anything about nerocycles. Haven't heard back yet.
The red-itt thread ( of 3 comments between 2 posters) seemed to think the business' address location showed some issues.

Shimano Tiagra 4700, 10 spd HollowTech crankset, Mid-Compact 52-36 (what was 105 5700 crankset)
Performance bike - reg $166 now $104
AND you get an $20 additional discount using code JUL2022 - getting it down to $84
AND qualifies for Free shipping. while supplies last...
a great crankset for anyone running 10 speed (will likely also work with 9 spd, possibly 11 spd...)

A couple of the wheel prices were close to ProBike, ribble, etc closeouts. The Mavic dealers I contacted would love to get them for those prices.
I'm going to hold off. I rarely buy modern gear, but thought some carbon clinchers would be nice.
My contribution:
In the last 6 months or so, I've picked up two sets of climbing rim brake wheels from ProBikeKit:
1-Carbon clincher by 3T, called C35 Orbis (Stealth version). MSRP $2100 per the site, I think I paid $768. Came with thru-axle adapters and brake pads.
2-3T alloy, ceramic coated, they came branded as Vittoria's, very nice setup, also came with thru-axle adapters and brake pads. Again, MSRP $2000 and I paid $675 or so.
I generally take MSRP's on heavily discounted items with a grain of salt, just compare what they are selling for with others at the same point. In both of these cases, sub 1500g sets, with pads, for what I'd have to spend, used, for 303's and such. Not sure why the trhru-axle adapters for rim brake wheels, but I don't know modern. Both sets are gong to Triple ByPass in CO.
Again, thanks for your assistance.

Youre very welcome.
Apologies to the readers who dont care for the O/T
comments here, but I couldn't find
the " Is this vendor legit?" thread.
I'm debating buying a wheelset from nero on a CC.
If I do, I'll post my experience here in the thread.
Happy miles.

Apparently it's 'Prime Day' on Amazon
I noticed that Redshift has the StopShock Stem available for $136 (MSRP is $170) if you purchase thru 'Prime'.
If you been thinking about it...
