TT Bike Brakes

I work in a shop and am reaching out to other mechanics!
I have a2012 QR TT bike with TRP 822.1 rear brake caliper. These are nolo her available after talking to TRP. The adjuster screw is buggered up. I might try to "easy out" it but.....
Anyone have experience with a possible replacement?
Thanks!
