T47 taps in Portland, OR

Hi, just wondering if anyone in Portland, OR, has T47 taps? I need the bb on the frame I built chased and faced (and I also need the 44 head tube reamed and faced).

Called a bunch of shops, no luck.

I'm guessing Sacha White has the tools, but I'm also guessing he's kinda busy.

Thanks!
