This is one where parting the bike out a la carte will yield the best return.
Rust probably through the chrome on the top of the chainstay. Italian chrome of the 80's showing its age.
The Campagnlo bits are also suffering, as one who has recently cleaned up some Campagnolo parts, the chrome in the 80's also was just not up to the same standard Campagnolo achieved in the 1970's.
Super Record headset and rear mech, Victory elsewhere it looks like. Not a bad build as mentioned earlier, just a bit eclectic.
My guess is the frame was subcontracted out and branded by the shop. Not bad, but just not the Prestige.
