I would like to take more pictures on a nice day, it really is nice. I am having knee surgery Wednesday so it will be a while before I am back on the bike.

Thank you, rex615, for that little slice of heaven. We just got 6 inches of fresh snow here.

Glad you enjoyed it, I was lucky to get out for a ride. Here it is still not warm enough for shorts, but certainly no snow.

Nothing wrong with that image. You're out on what looks like a nice bike, and you have an open road ahead of you. That's better than where I'm sitting right now (work).

This is actually a good photo, your choice of angle gives good perspective and the asymmetry makes it interesting. But the best thing about it, is that it makes me think "Cool, I would like to explore that road."

The only thing that could improve the shot is better lighting, but that wasn't really a choice due the cloud coverage.

Hah, thanks @DQRider and @rex615 didn't mean to start a pity party for myself, was just remarking on all the drabness in my area, thanks for the kind words though

This is actually a rails-to-trails path, 6 miles long, pancake flat, and deserted most of the time

Here are a couple "Barless" pics from yesterdays ride.
I just couldn't get the bars in and still obtain the angle to frame the shot.
Spring is coming in spectacularly this year. (my apologies to the snowbound.)

I really like that one! Looks like a really fun place to ride.

Here's something a little different. Been spending most of my time with little Blue lately. I think the big bike's getting jealous...

Front scuffy thing (frontyard/freaksqueek?). My stunting is quite awful, though.

I feel pretty good about this one, as I was moving about 18mph when I took it and uploaded it. No time for stopping!

Okay, that looks exactly like Barstow. Am I right?

If I were to continue in that rough direction for another 80 miles, I'd be in super-scenic Barstow. So sorta close. This is on the SART in Riverside, about a mile south of the San Bernardino County Line.
