Very, very nice IMO, $29
They make good stuff.

IMO, meh, but I prefer full fingered gloves. Despite my meh, I am sure they are nice gloves and will sell.

Hmm, Rivendell's been selling crotcheted gloves for a long time. Right now they're $24.

When I bought the grand record these were in the handlebar bag which had parfanalia from 1982. Not sure if they are really from 82 but they were pretty cheap.
Said handlebar bag.

Many of the bikes, frames etc I have bought were moved into the win column by bonus items, Silca pumps, tools, extra parts, etc.
Then there are the ones you buy because you wanted them bad enough, initially thought you maybe paid too much.
And you find out a part that you liked, helped with the buy but didn't know it alone was worth the POA.

A few good choices
I remember when the gloves had snaps or small buckles and strap closure
Raleigh Rampar brand had bright white gloves.
perfect with Fresh white handlebar tape.
kept a pair for race only use.
one Had to look Pro ya know.

I'd like to purchase a pair, they look really nice, but I prefer gloves with a snap closure. Velcro just gives up the ghost after a while. Anyone know if it would be a cinch to add a snap to the glove? I've no experience with this sorta thing.

They look great, love the brown, but I'd worry about the seams on the palms digging in.
PS The backs are crocheted, not knitted.

Very, very nice IMO, $29
They make good stuff.
These will sell out, I bet.

My experience over the years with the "hook and loop" fasteners has varied quite a bit. Like you I've had velcro that lasted practically forever. And I've had "velcro" that barely lasted a couple of dozen opening and closing cycles. My pet theory is that the real stuff, velcro TM is a quality product that will outlive the life of the product it is attached to. The other stuff is some cheap knock-off not worth the plastic it is made from.

The only thing is I have not really been able to tell the good stuff from the knock off stuff. But generally name brand products will use the good stuff.

Yup! When I bought my Competizione a few years ago, these were tagging along. I use these gloves and love them.

after the gloves arrive I will tell them to cease e-mail. Just get the product out, ditch the constant contact.

Hard to say about the palms, maybe ping them online or call and have a chat.

ordered two pair from public bikes, 2 work days and no report of ship but did receive five emails to look at other stuff and like them on social media. This place is my extent of social media.
after the gloves arrive I will tell them to cease e-mail. Just get the product out, ditch the constant contact.
