Talking The Rocky Road To Limerick Charity Cycle. (OVER 1000 MILES!!!!!)

Hi
I am posting this to raise awareness and to find some sponsors for my HUGE solo charity cycle. I will be leaving Birmingham, UK and cycling through Wales and all around Ireland for 2 charities. Both charities are GREAT causes, Teenage Cancer Trust help to support a huge number of ever growing young people with cancer! And Pieta House are fighting the battle against depression, self harm and suicide as Ireland has a huge problem with the progression of depression. I really hope as many of you as possible will help me to promote these great charities and help me to raise funds. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE donate or forward this on to anyone you think would be interested in hearing more. PM me for anything you would like to know. The two donation sites are below:

To donate to Pieta House go to: www.mycharity.ie/event/therockyroadtolimerick

To donate to Teenage Cancer Trust go to: www.virginmoneygiving.com/PaulEnsell

Thank you
Paul
