What should i buy?

hello everyone, ok my mom gave my bike away (sucked anyways it was a huffy) so im looking to buy a new one now. I want to use it for around campus next year when i move but im not really into any of the commuter type bikes. I have always liked the BMX type I would probably try the BMX thing but i had a bad experience on a bike at the skate park so i just stay on my board now. Well im looking to buy used because i figure if i find a good deal it would be cheaper than buying new. I know craigslist isn't to good of place to buy things from but if someone don't mind looking at some posts i found the advise would be great. im like 6' something and 155lbs if that helps. Thanks for your time.
Heres the links to some bikes i found

For actually riding, the DK. For mostly just cruising campus, the Haro 24".

Also, you shouldn't post the same exact question in one thread, and then start a second. Some people on here get upset by that.

No. Absolutely not for actually riding. For commuting, its semi-decent. For anything else, no.

ok thanks heres a couple more i found on ebay
https://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MakeTrack=true
https://cgi.ebay.com/Haro-Forum-20-BM...item588b1fa85b
https://cgi.ebay.com/DK-Step-Up-20-BM...item588b24fff0

i really like the Haro but the first one is alot cheaper than the rest but i have never heard of that brand so im not sure if i would be getting something crappy. and how hard would these be to assemble because i will have to assemble them if i want to buy either of the bottom 2

The top one is a decent bike, those three are pretty much all on the same level. And assembly isn't too terribly difficult. I'd imagine that you won't have to be pressing any bearings, so that takes care of the hardest part.

Orange Haro

I really like the bike the only trouble i have with it is the pedal axle is bent therefor it moves kinda slow. Another problem i have is the front wheel makes a rattling noise. I tightening the bolts on the rim does it but it when i tighten them to the point where it wont rattle then it wont move. The rims also have a sticker that says x rims. are those good rims?

If the spindle is bent, you should really replace that. For the god of your bike. And with the front wheel, take it off the bike, and tighten all of the hardware on the hub, not the axle nuts. And no they aren't exactly the best rims.
