Vintage 52cm Rossin frame - Early 80's? - Custom Build

Vintage 52cm Rossin frame - Early 80's? - Custom Build
Alright, here's the skinny.
So this frame was picked up in a used bike shop. It was white and had Peugeot decals on it, but a closer look revealed the embossed Rossin logo and the Rossin "R" cutout in bottom bracket shell. The Prugnat type S lugs also suggest it's dated earlier than most. It's been paint stripped and has a new matte black finish, with some scuffs but no sign of cracks or rust. Overall, it's in very good condition.
So here's my quandary, this build was done by a dear ex-sweetie of mine who is a mechanic, but alas I have only gleaned limited vocabulary and know-how. I'm looking to sell the build as a whole, but I'm uncertain of the market or desirability of this frame separately and/or parts included.
Campy- Brakes & Derailleurs
Shimano- Cranks & Shifters
Cinelli- Bars
I'd like to sell it sooner rather than later and currently debating whether to take the craigslist or ebay route, although I've never shipped anything this large and concerned that might be more of a liability than a pay-off.
And darn, I've tried to attach pics or a url, but realize that i'm limited being new here. I respect that.
You may have to take my hypothetical word for the specs, unless theres another way to show it.
I'm really a novice at all this, but I know that this one is a little special.
Any insight on price points or what you would do with this ride, I'd be so very grateful for some veteran guidance!

Why would someone want to label at Rossin as a Peugeot? Seems like the exact opposite of the way you'd want to go, but there was someone around here that put huffy labels on a nice Ti frame so that it would be less likely to be stolen, so who knows.

I agree on the anti theft measure. I knew some guys in the late ‘80s early ‘90s who’d rebadge a frame to a sponsor’s brand. One guy on our shop team actually put Cannondale decals on a steel frame!

Lunacocoona , you could move that bike along quickly right here in house. For a nominal premium membership you could sell it right here. You can specify local pick up or there are members here willing to offer shipping assistance here. If that Rossin were my size I would be interested.
