Convert liv simple 3 W cruiser to disk brakes

Is it possible to add disk breaks to a Liv simple 3. Of so, what do I need to get to do this. I’d be happy doing just the front, but I’d like to do the back too if possible while not removing the gear selections.

If its breaking power you need, Consider just adding a front rim brake. Combined with a properly functioning coaster break you will have plenty of stopping power. I'm sure it's possible to add disc breaks to your bike, But it will be expensive.

Possible ? Yes . Practical , no .
It’d be cheaper buying a new bike with disc brakes .
The front would involve a new fork and a new wheel , unless your front fork came with a place to bolt on a disc caliber.

the bike has fenders, so no spot to mount the rim break.

Hello there and welcome to bike forums. One of the cardinal sins committable here is the mis-spelling of BRAKES, spelled B-R-A-K-E-S.

Brakes spelled "Breaks" are for those crystal-meth scented craigslist and kijiji bike ads with non-right side up pictures taken in a backlane beside a dumpster.
