Standing on NordicTrack grand tour bike

Has anyone had any issues with standing on the NordicTrack grand tour? I have a new one and the pedals are almost impossible to rotate smoothly while standing unless the resistance is at 20 or above. I have asked customer support if it’s an issue with my bike or if the grand tour doesn’t allow for standing workouts. They told me to check the belt. I have had it I only four days.
thanks

Same problem

I just got the bike and have the same problem. Was there a way to fix it?

I am returning mine and getting an S15i. After much research and asking on Facebook, it seems the flywheel on the grand tour series of bikes just isn’t heavy enough to accommodate out of the saddle. I really hated having to go through the return and order process. But it’s been relatively easy. Cost to return is $250 for shipping. They waived the $100 restocking fee since there was an outstanding repair on it. Good luck.

No it’s not fake and it’s not cheap. It’s a great bike other than not being able to stand Nordictrack really needs to note this limitation in their description.
