Scott didn't actually make any bikes they contracted out all there stuff to various makers and did market nearly all levels and types of bikes. This bike looks to be a mid 80's Alan built frame set branded Scott. Nice bike kinda hard to price since a lot of potential buyers are skeptical of older bonded frames I would guess $400 or so if everything is good. This is a pretty big bike with fairly steep race geometry DT shifters for a athletic rider 6' or so how tall are you this bike would be to big and aggressive for most riders?

I am 5’8” but the bike is a 58cm. Thank you for the information that’s very helpful.

Unless you plan on growing 58 cm is way too big for you. And, remember that bike frames are not static. With older bikes, you sometimes need to get creative with handlebar stems and seat posts to get the right fit

I don't think that frameset was made by ALAN.
The seat lug cluster looks different from what ALAN carbon bikes had.
Same goes for the shapes on the rear dropouts and the fork crown...
It looks more similar to TVT carbon frames.....
