I recommend a caffeine-free lifestyle. I found that my energy throughout the day is much more constant, and that I have more energy in the mornings. No more cravings or headaches.
Keep in mind- it has been shown in a bunch of physiology/sports medicine studies that for people that don't consume caffeine, it can be a really potent performance enhancer for endurance related sports. I use it for that purpose and it definitely helps.

I usually take a hypodermic needle filled with caffeine and inject it straight into my blood stream. That seems to be the best way of doing it these days.

wow, great cuppa.
Roaster: New Harvest in Pawtucket, RI.
Bean: Ethiopia Sidamo
Roast: Dark
they call it "Dark roast of the Decade" as dark roasting of african beans rarely does anything tasty for the coffee... in this case, you get the smoky, chocolaty sweetness of a long roast but the fruity sweetness still comes through with just enough bitterness to keep it ballanced.
Certainly a special cup. I dont love it, but it is interesting for sure.
(ground moments before being french pressed)
NEW HARVEST roasters FTW.

Been drinking lots of coffee lately. French pressed, VERY strong.
I've got a pouch of THIS, while my roommate uses THESE GUYS. The capsules are great for the tai-end of a 6+ hour training ride or during a race. I usually take half a capsule.

Sort of ebb and flows but generally large coffee from 4-bux if I'm lazy or press if I'm not. Either way, it's involved.

I'm on tall #2 from 'bucks. Feeling pretty racy but still not alert. I blame the double bourbon after dinner last night...
Also, going bodum shopping after work as my roommate broke the coffee pot last night.

So we are going to covert our wet bar into a 'coffee bar' and want an espresso maker that also has a coffee maker that is fed from the wet bars water line...any suggestions? Oh not looking to spend 3k either...
