A premium membership if you are talking about the For Sale sub forum. It tells you in the description for the forum grouping it's under.
If it's another section then read the description for that sub-forum. If you can post in it, then you can post. If not you probably need a subscription.
I don't think you have to be a member to reply to any. But if you can't then you need a subscription.

Thanks. Not sure why I missed that at the top. Maybe the font is so small and the same color as all the other text.
