Is the wooden track faster than the cement outdoor track?

The short answer is: It depends. ADT is a lot different that Frisco and both are wood.
There are LOTS of factors that determine if one track is faster than another. Surface Material is only one of them.

Yep.. it's just simpler to say "every track is different". Altitude, surface, smoothness/bumpiness, design / length / bankings, even the weather on the particular day.
