You Road Nazis are all total idiots. Every single last testosterone juiced, EPO shooting, CERA snorting last one of you. The only reason I ride with you is because the Freds don't know how to ride. They keep screaming CAR UUPPP!!! and CAR BAAACKK!!!! and turning around to see if you're still behind them (you always are). I can't ride with those pinheads, they're bigger idiots. Which is in perfect keeping with my theory that all cyclists are essentially idiots. And MTBers are stoned too.

Don't you have some squats to do now?

Good point. It would probably last a little longer, too.

For anyone interested, I also found a link to advice on pricing and purchasing miniature donkeys. BADASS.

I'm going to race next year; the last two I planned on doing it but never got around to it. This year I'm commiting myself.

I do plan on doing it seriously, but I'm a 36 year old with asthma and other health issues. I don't plan on winning races, SoCal's race scene is pretty competitive, but I do plan on competing. The main reason I want to race is for the Everest Challenge; I'll also try some other races as well. There's a weekly practice crit a few miles from here which should get me used to it.

Maybe I'm selling myself short, the only 2 people who I ride with who race are 3's and all I can really do is hold thier wheel.

That Pcad Zen works for some of us.

But, you're on the right track. Group rides with stronger cyclists is on botto's training plan. When you get comfortable. Move to the front. Lead and then attack.
