There are currently like 6000 people watching some dude riding rollers on ******, as part of r/talentshow live shows. Like, he's just riding normal rollers. I don't think he's a pro or anything. His form is fine. I don't get it. Everyone is like "wow" and having their minds blown. The internet is weird.
edit: Apparently that is a place that shall not be named... for reasons I can't begin to fathom.
Here it is, if it isn't gone

I think that ship has maybe sailed. I don't think your local bookstore is going to stop Amazon by not allowing their name to be spoken.

I've been to other sites. Without @gsteinb I don't get the same abuse, so I don't stick around.

I have a couple thousand dollars in credit at the shop that sponsored my team. I don't live near there any more, and don't really need or want anything.
What do you suppose I could buy and flip pretty easily, even if it meant taking a little loss to just get out of the credit?
Anyone need anything?

You'll probably take a hit flipping something. I wonder if you can find someone looking for stuff brand new that you use your credit and you could essentially offer them like a 5-10% discount of sorts.

I'd totally use it eventually. But I like my bikes, and going to a shop 250 miles away isn't all that useful.

Just reg'd for Rosena Ranch circuit race P/1/2. 60 miles with ~3,100' of rolling hills, no flat on the course really. I'm looking fwd to it, kinda scared but mostly excited to see how I can do.
Tour de Murrieta is coming up in June, and I think I may race the M35+ instead.

I'm a podium away from Cat 3, but that may have to wait a year.

Do not stick your finger into someones rear wheel.
Thankfully everyone stayed upright, the only damage was to my right ring finger.
Also thankfully I am Canadian. They referred me to a fancy hand plastic surgeon who will pin it next week and it won't cost me anything.

Ha there is still some disfigurement from the last time I broke this hand by riding bicycles over 7 years ago. The head of the 5th MC should not be angulated like that.

What's the cycling lingo word for a cyclist in pro races without a team? I've heard it before but forget it.
Got it, privateers.....haha.

It doesn't hurt much most of the time. I didn't take any pain medicine at all until this morning and that was just some ibuprofen.
I plan on riding tomorrow.
