I noticed that CRC doesn't even show products that can't be shipped to the US anymore, which is kind of nice to not have to look at products you can't actually buy.
On a related note, I bought some LX hubs from a German retailer earlier this summer, but that seems to be shut down now, and a few weeks ago I bought some ultegra hubs on ebay that had this disclaimer:

After the number of forced into conversation declarations you have made about how you refuse to support Shimano, itd be tough for many regulars to not notice.

I rationalized it to myself because I got the touring hubs from Germany before they shut that channel down and the road hubs through an OE seller on ebay before they eventually shut that channel down. Lame excuses I know, but they were just so darned cheap. When they are twice the price at MSRP, they won't be such a great deal anymore, and it will be easier for me to follow through on my boycott

Because Chain Reaction has provided a glimpse of what's possible when the supply-chain is made shorter and more efficient. Few things have contributed to my enjoyment of cycling as much as the ready availability of modestly-priced parts and the wide selection that's been available on the Internet.

They're common in Germany where domestic ebay sellers don't like to export.
