Yes indeed. Oops, sorry, the crank determines the spindle length. The BB width is almost always 68 or 70 mm.

Well, despite parts shortages I managed to get a Velo Orange triple and it works perfectly. Great gearing now and the cranks are beautifully made.
Also purchased their quill stem to threadless adapter, which is beautiful as well and really helped me dial in the fit. Took the bike out for around 15 miles this past week for a shakedown and it performed flawlessly.
So glad I decided to restore it, such a great frame. It will be my main ride this year for sure.
