Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

You seem to have an overwhelming lack of knowledge about a lot of things. Maybe you better get off the Twitter and expand your areas of interest. I suggest starting with classic rock. This is a good place to begin your exploration. Thank me later.

We were low on coffee and ended up buying this from Target. It’s ok but won’t buy it again.

edit: my guess is this is the GMC Denali of coffee

Go all in then. The single best tasting cup of coffee I have made comes from this blend. I don't have the machines that many have on here, but a French Press, Pour Over, even a Mr. Coffee and a self packing Kuerig, taste wonderful.

See above, and their Espresso Blend is awesome. It doesn't have the bite, so it may not be your preference.

Then there's this. https://www.deathwishcoffee.com/

Target is funny. Last week, I found some bags of espresso beans from a great local roaster on the shelf... and they had a very fresh roast date... AND they were currently running a Buy One, get One Half-off. I was tempted to buy four bags, but thought that might be stretching the freshness a bit, but buying two bags still saved me $7.50.

At home, I never brew with Starbucks, and stop at locally owned coffee shops in my hometown area. Starbucks is for when I travel. You always know what to expect at Starbucks.

I also have some Deathwish coffee. Sometimes I add a little to the Bones Highland Grog to cut down the flavor a little.

Just like with McDonalds, many prefer familiar, sure-fire mediocrity over potential, but unlikely, disappointment with an unknown establishment. I try not to be like that when I'm traveling, but when you're on the interstate, it's often the only option.

He has quite an imagination for such an idiot. How does he come up with this stuff?
I think he is the most popular pundit in the country which makes me sad. I once got into a thread on FB where people were praising him as some sort of fount of truth. I tried to convince them that his show was an opinion show and not actual news. Didn't work.
It's similar to a certain politician. If what he says is the way you want to believe, then it becomes truth.
