Well we've all seen these before but since this seems to be moving slowly this time around, here they are again.
With a couple of questionable choices.
Dark maroon/purple in the right light.
Partly some sort of purple.
This was 50/50 when I got it, half said pink, half said light purple.

I suppose this 1993 Mongoose IBOC Comp is more violet than purple; the Montana spray can colour I used on this restomod is RV-264 'Galaxy Violet'

Titan -Columbus SPX
... so, back here to Bike Forums - C & V, after some years away...
working hard to overcome a quite serious health issue... life isn't a 'given'... it is, however, what you can make of it...
been riding, when possible... and now getting to doing it regularly again... Yeah!
not the only thing, but one of those things which makes you feel alive!
so, a contribution...
one of my old iron - actually acquired courtesy of a quite old thread here - Titan Bicycles of Switzerland - from Nov 2004
purchased NOS, from the distributor/ebay seller, in Aug 2005.
Titan SPX (constructed prolly circa lates '80's), 57 cm, tange fork 1" steerer, with an assortment of parts to suit my riding and needs...
Titan - Columbus SPX - circa prolly mid-late 80's
Enjoying all my old iron again. This is about as 'garage queen' as any of my bikes can expect. They all get (or 'were') ridden quite hard ! LOL!
At least these recent few months are feeling more 'normal'; and I believe, riding the bike is the primary reason why I'm still here... and ridin the bike!
thx
Yuri - life is grand!

@bikesrbest
And we need to see the Merz's, one is naked with clearcoat as I recall?
They should have their own thread, plenty of fans here but you and I are the only actual owners I think.

Austro Daimler Superleight
This is a parts bin special single speed built, for my son, on a refurbished (powder coated, new decals) Austro Daimler Superleight frame. I’l happy with the way it turned out.

It’s been two years since we added purple bike pictures here. Let’s get back to it.
This is my 1982 McLean which was originally blue. I had it painted in about 1991. The picture is from this past winter (February, 2023).

1991 MB-3 on Trail 100. As soon as it cools off a bit I'll have to take her for another spin on T100, it's been a few years since I've reminded myself how hard mountainbiking used to be
