Tektro 800a Brakes

I bought Tektro 800a brakes a few years ago to update the calipers on our Raleigh Sports. I'm putting a bike together for my daughter, but I can't seem to find silver Tektro 800s anywhere. I'm not sure if they've been discontinued, or just stuck in supply chain issues. Anyone try 559s on a Raleigh Sports? Or should I keep looking for the 800s?

559s may be too short but there are a few no name long reach brakes out there. Most of them superior to steel Raleigh brakes. I used 800s on an old triumph and I can see why you want a pair. Great stoppers and nice looking.

Those would probably work unless they are too long.

I am running Tektro R559 Long Reach Nutted brakes on my Raleigh Sports model and they work great.

Thanks for the help. One of the advantages of the 800s is the adjusting barrel and anchor bolt can be reversed on the rear brake to keep the cable routing the same on a Lady's Sports:

I may try 559s, or some of the no name long reach brakes, on my bike and put the 800s on my daughter's bike,
