It is a narrow road. Unfortunately they cannot ban stupid people from stopping in the middle of it to talk!

I am a sucker for taking a “near the water” photo.
Just about finished this one. 2002 Master X
My “makes be smile when I ride” bike - 1985 Moser
2000 Pinarello
1970 Bob Jackson.
From a spin a few weeks ago in NYC

This is Trout Brook, just off the Charles River. There are a pair of swans on the water but they're difficult to see.

What a MACHINE! That looks like one incredible mile (kilometer)-eater! I've lifted a Cross-Check once, and it seemed so light they must have filled the frame tubes with helium. Because they are made here in my hometown, you would think one could find a bargain on them now and then. But I haven't and that's getting frustrating. In fact, I think it is making me surly! Maybe if I show up at the factory, after visiting the brewery of course, they will find it in their hearts to offer me a deal. Or not... either way, it's on my Grail list, and I will have one before I can't ride anymore.

Yorktown, Va. It was chaos at the waterfront due to the July 4th Celebration so I didn’t stop to take a picture of the bike.
