No idea but that "ring" above the DO on the stay is a identifying feature I saw once before and promptly have forgotten who did that. In any case there's enough there (Campy Super Record, Stronglight crankset, saddle, maybe a "Bernard Carre" stay cap) that I'd be running there waving $100 cash!

Clearly the Simplex DO has been tapped for Campy RD and one hopes that paint is just crap and not covering up really badly rusted metal-work. I'd still be checking it out in person if I was nearby (and in the market):

A beautiful trek . steel frame , horizontal drops , 27"tires(new) just tuned , old cables replaced.large frame 25". Look at the picture the frame is streched out like all treks from the early 80's. This gives it a soft comfortable ride.
