Off the top of my head I can think of one easy adjustment.

Bicycle Hoard - $15,000 (Eugene)
It looks like a unique collection. Some nice stuff mixed in, and I can't tell about the rest.

I suppose one day someone will have to clean up after me too.
I really don't see that lot selling for anywhere near that amount, regardless of what's all there most folks will only buy if they feel they're getting a deal. Most seem to have trouble parting with a $20 bill let alone $15k.

Yeah, getting the $15k might be hard, but I'd love to go there and pick through it.

Pile of center pulls and Mafacs?
What I fear is that if one carefully split it up and put everything on E-Bay, and building a few bikes to sell locally, one would spend a year worth of labor and get $15,000 back.
Perhaps give it a few weeks, then see if the seller is willing to negotiate.

Oh yeah, absolutely, it'd be hard work to get the $15k back, but there appeared to be a few high end wheels there, and some decent cranksets in there amongst all that. Frames all too small for me, but I would enjoy pawing through it all. Heck, things like those rolls of jagwire housing can come in handy.

Disregard those Ross decals and badges on the bike. Seller says it's a Fuji. Twice.

I'm willing to overpay for a Takara and I have in the past. To that end I would give $37.50 for a Deluxe Touring in nice survivor condition because I had one as a kid. But $375 for this wreck?

Those are reflectors? I thought they were solar panels powering that little motor on the driveside of the front wheel

I love how the seller has the audacity to say the bike is in "decent shape" yet takes a photo of what appears to be terminal rot. $60 worth in parts for sure, but I would say this is a rolling death trap.
