I do, but I generally use less pedal assist and slow down in snow. So level 2, I ride a hub drive ebike, last year I rode a mid drive ebike. Ice is worse than snow. In the Netherlands, the temperature doesnt oscillate between above and below 32 F. Most riders there don't use spiked tires. Here in Denver during the winter it does oscillate above and below 32 F so spiked tires are more appropriate. I have fallen on ice, let the bike take the fall. I use regular tires, and reduce your air pressure in your tires. Enclosed is an article on bicycling during winter. Enjoy!
