Sourcing a rear bump-rubber/elastomer for old Birdy BD-1?
I just bought a second-hand Birdy BD-1 which looks like the "World" model, but might have some design differences. I'm not really up on the history of this bike. I am trying to find a rear shock absorber for it. There is a prong 13mm diameter on the rear triangle, and a flat "strike plate" opposite it, welded to the seat tube. I suppose the elastomer simply gets shoved onto that prong? I would be grateful for some tips on where I could find this part, preferably in the US so it would reach me in a few days. It looks as though this part would be about 32mm in outer diameter and maybe 35mm long, not sure. The coil springs I've seen on the auction site would not work, since they have an axial bolt which would have nowhere to go on this BD-1, because of the "strike plate" I mentioned.

LET'S ROLL
I think they also come in different colors(differing hardness/softness).
I'm using a green one on my Brompton.
