Took out my Colnago yesterday for the first outdoor ride. 0 C and sunny. 1.5 hours on the bike and 30 min to clean it all up. It was wet and salt on the road but a good clean up was all it took.

I would also vote Ui2 since you are not looking for the most weight savings and Ui2 works great.
I'm a SRAM RED guy but I like DA mechanical a lot.
